Challenge

TruePlan’s executive team wanted to expand TruePlan’s TAM (Total Addressable Market) by creating a self-service app for recruiting teams. Their challenge to my team was to create an MVP product to start learning as quickly as possible.


Solution

A new product hub built specifically for recruiters. I interviewed 12 customers to better understand their pain points and where TruePlan could best find product-market fit.


Results
